During the school year students have opportunities to leave the school campus. Transportation for Administrative Council approved Activities involving the entire school body, small organized groups, field trips, medical appointments, etc. will be provided by school vehicles and drivers or approved rented vehicles. In addition, students can be invited to a friend's home for open weekends, long weekends and breaks. In such cases, transportation may be public or private and must meet your approval before we allow your son/daughter to leave campus. You may add or change information at any time, but please fill in the following permissionform as completely as possible.
